We may collect: name, email address, phone number, authentication provider information, account information, educational activity and progress, uploaded files and content, device and browser information, analytics and usage events, payment-related metadata, and communication and support requests.
You may authenticate using Google, Microsoft, email/password authentication, or phone number authentication. When using third-party authentication providers, we may receive account information such as name, email address, and profile identifier. Your relationship with those providers is governed by their own privacy policies and terms.
We use information to provide platform functionality, manage accounts, personalize learning experiences, improve educational systems, operate AI-assisted features, analyze platform performance, secure the platform, process subscriptions and payments, communicate with users, and comply with legal obligations.
We use PostHog and similar technologies to understand platform usage, improve user experience, analyze feature adoption, and monitor system performance. These tools may collect device information, session activity, navigation behavior, and usage metrics.
Payments are securely processed by third-party payment providers. Sustaineur does not directly store complete payment card information on its systems. Payment providers may process billing information, transaction metadata, and payment verification information according to their own policies and security standards.
Users may upload files or content through certain platform features. Uploaded content may be stored using secure cloud or CDN infrastructure operated by trusted third-party providers. We take reasonable measures to protect uploaded data, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.
We may share information with payment providers, cloud hosting providers, analytics providers, infrastructure and security providers, and institutional or legal authorities when required by law. We do not sell personal information.
We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for platform operation, educational purposes, security, analytics, legal compliance, and dispute resolution. We may delete inactive accounts or associated data when appropriate.
