Welcome to Sustaineur. Sustaineur is an educational and interactive learning platform focused on sustainable business design, systems thinking, and AI-assisted learning experiences. The platform is developed within the framework of projects affiliated with Mohammed VI Polytechnic University (UM6P) and UGF.
By accessing or using Sustaineur, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these Terms, you may not use the platform.
You may use Sustaineur only if you are legally permitted to do so under applicable laws. Users under the age of 18 may use the platform only under the supervision or authorization of a parent, guardian, educational institution, or authorized organization.
You may create an account using email and password authentication, phone number authentication, Google authentication, or Microsoft authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, protecting your credentials, and all activities conducted through your account. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in abuse or fraud, compromise platform security, or misuse educational systems or AI features.
Sustaineur provides educational simulations, sustainability learning experiences, business model design tools, AI-assisted tutoring and feedback, and collaborative and gamified learning environments. The platform is intended for educational and professional development purposes only.
Certain features of Sustaineur may require paid access through monthly subscriptions, annual subscriptions, institutional access plans, or other commercial offerings. Prices may change at any time. Access to paid features may be suspended or restricted if payment is not successfully processed. Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers. Sustaineur does not directly store full payment card information.
All payments are final and non-refundable except where required by applicable law. Unused subscription periods, partial usage, inactivity, or account termination due to Terms violations do not qualify for refunds.
You may upload content, files, documents, or materials through certain platform features. You remain responsible for the content you upload. You agree not to upload illegal material, harmful or malicious files, infringing copyrighted content, abusive or fraudulent content, or malware. We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts at our discretion when necessary to protect users, the platform, or legal compliance. Uploaded content may be stored using secure third-party cloud or CDN infrastructure.
You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with platform infrastructure, reverse engineer the platform, scrape or automate unauthorized extraction of data, manipulate rankings or gamification systems, or use the platform for unlawful activities.
Sustaineur may provide AI-generated tutoring, recommendations, simulations, feedback, and educational assistance. AI-generated outputs are provided for informational and educational purposes only. They do not constitute professional business advice, legal advice, financial advice, or scientific guarantees. Users remain solely responsible for decisions and actions taken based on platform outputs.
All rights related to the Sustaineur platform, branding, interfaces, software, educational systems, AI systems, documentation, visual assets, and platform content remain the property of Sustaineur, UM6P, their licensors, or their respective rights holders unless explicitly stated otherwise. You may not reproduce, distribute, copy, modify, or commercially exploit platform materials without prior authorization.
We continuously improve and evolve the platform. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, permanent access, error-free operation, or compatibility with all devices or browsers. Maintenance, updates, outages, or technical interruptions may occur.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sustaineur, UM6P, UGF, affiliates, contributors, and team members shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of data, loss of profits, educational outcomes, business losses, service interruptions, or reliance on AI-generated outputs. Use of the platform is at your own risk.
Your use of Sustaineur is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the platform at any time if these Terms are violated, fraudulent or abusive activity occurs, security risks arise, or legal or institutional obligations require it.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any disputes related to the platform shall be subject to the competent Moroccan courts unless otherwise required by applicable law.
